12503 Herron, Marion J. and Allen Spivock, Allen Spivock vs. Marion J. Herron, Federal Tax Court Judge Overall good condition with paper clip marks, wear on the edges, staples, light soiling, browning and creases, with pencil marks and date stamps.
Allen Spivock, San Francisco Attorney for Murray Baldwin, wants congress to remove Federal Tax Court Judge Marion Herron from office. He has sent a mimeographed, personally signed, letter to multiple congressman, including Congressman Outland, to this effect. Herron writes three letters to her friend Congressman Outland on the controversy, one private from the Pantlind Hotel in Grand Rapids, MI, and the other two on Tax Court of the United States stationery. There's also a telegram sent to Outland and a copy of Outland's reply to Spivock. Herron was a special friend of Lorena Hickok and Eleanor Roosevelt and an early female tax court judge.
