The Filmer Brothers Electrotype Co. 330 Jackson St., San Francisco, CA. Several letters, on their letterhead, signed W. P. Filmer, on association business, scheduling and pricing.
There are many carbon copies of letters sent by Mr Bernhard. Frequently on recycled paper with interesting letterheads on the flip sides. There are always two crayon/carbon pencil vertical marks through the entire page.
Pacific Coast Electrotypers & Stereotypers Association There are many letters about this association of which Bernhard was a member. A two page early constitution for the organization is present as well as a list of members, etc.
Central Electrotype Company, 928-932 Central St., Kansas City., MO, a 1926 letter to Bernhard suggesting membership in The International Association of Electrotypers. O. L. Smack is the writer. Bernhard declines in a copy of his reply.
Seattle Photo Engravers Union Local No. 23 in 1926 sends Berhnard a threatening letter about his personal Union status. Earl McComb is the writer.
